Hi there! I'm looking for help thinking of balanced effects for the custom headgears or custom items. Think of their own quest requirements too!What's the prize?By joining the event, you can earn Raffle Tickets (not an in-game item). For each custom headgear, you may earn at most 3 raffle tickets. Participation: For each headgear you give decent, balanced suggestions, you earn one Raffle Ticket. Theme: If your headgear effects is attuned to the name, color, and/or theme of the item, then you earn another Raffle Ticket. Selection: If your headgear's effects are chosen as the effect of the quest headgear (without any major changes), then you earn another Raffle Ticket. Selection of item effects will be done by GM Mercy. The item effects you choose may not exactly be what gets implemented, as some balancing will be considered. Criteria: Does it follow the theme of the headgear? Does the headgear's theme sync with a specific Job, Class, or Profession? Does it boost an under-powered class (e.g. Super Novice)? How interesting is your item effect? What are the raffle tickets for?Let N be the number of participants in the Ideation Event. There will be at most N-2 raffle draws, with minimum of 3 draws and maximum of 5 draws. The more raffle tickets you have, the higher your chance of winning. What can I win?If your ticket gets drawn, you are a winner. Once you have been selected as a raffle winner, you get to roll the dice in-game (using /dice). - Winners who roll a 6 get to choose which headgear to receive from the first set of headgears to be released AND get a random headgear AND 50 Event Points.
- Winners who roll a 5 get two random headgears from the first set of headgears to be released.
- Winners who roll a 4 get one random headgear from the first set of headgears to be released AND 25 Event Points AND 4 Bubblegums AND 4 Battle Manuals.
- Winners who roll either 1, 2, 3 get a random headgear AND 10 Event Points AND 5 sets of +10 Almusal AND 2 Bubblegums AND 2 Battle Manuals.
For joining the event, you get 5 Event Points and 2 Bubblegums and 3 Battle Manuals. The first set of headgears to be released will be determined by GM Mercy. Item name: Token of Midas Description: A memento, left by the constituents of the royal house of Phrygia. Its perpetual gleam leaves it to be one of the most desirable trophies to have ever existed. Effects: For every kill, there is a 15% chance to double all the drops (amount, not rate. e.g. Poring drops 2 jellopies instead of one.) Notes: - Sprite based on Upg Clip (Item ID# 2828).
- Slotted.
- Lessens the hassle of farming.
- Promotes teamwork as well. If one player gets extra rare items, the extras can be shared. E.g. Valk shields for refining.
- This is an accessory, so two can be worn, for a total of 30%.
Suggested crafting items: Takes money to make money. (Instead of the typical farming of the same mobs over and over again (gets really boring), let's put zeny to be an alternative, so that kanya-kanyang diskarte. This could help put a value on zeny as well. Di kasi nagagamit eh. Sayang.)

Hit + 50 Reduce variable cast time by 20%. Just realized hit is not extremely relevant, and this is lackluster as compared to other the other fruits. Looking at the insta-cast route instead. - Ouroboros Orange (Item ID# 582) - Crit + 20

Effects:
+10 str, +10 vit, +10 hit and a 2% chance to cast Berserk per attack or instance of damage (bash, flying side kick etc.)
if equipped by a taekwon, allows the use of skills
Notes
. top headgear only
. duration of berserk is for 5 seconds
. makes auto attack for knights and crusaders viable and sustainable
. class locked to prevent abuse (from rangers/gx's etc)
. makes "tank" classes tanks

Looks interesting, but might be complicated to code the 'drop' two items. Maybe! Pero i-che-check ko. I like it, but not sure how to balance it. Might become too OP with dropping two of cards? Not sure. |

The +10 STR and +10 VIT seem a bit OP, but being 'cursed' with berserk is a downside. Allowing someone to cast spells during berserk will make coding a bit more difficult, so that's something for me to consider. Great ideas for the crafting items  |

Since you're designing taekwon weapons, I suggest you figure out how to tier them. Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, where 3 being the best. So the players have an idea of progression for equipment |
