Instance Dungeons and their Warp Locations

Hello there.

I need help with figuring out the list of Instance dungeons along with their corresponding warp locations (right in front of the NPC that triggers the instance).

This will be used for the warper, to allow easy-warping to the instance dungeons.

Each submission for the instance dungeon merits one raffle ticket.

Getting your raffle ticket selected allows you a dice roll.

6 wins you a random custom headgear.
5 wins you 25 EP and 5 sets of +10 Almusal.
4 wins you 20 EP and 2 sets of +10 Almusal and 5 bubble gums and 5 battle manuals.
1,2, or 3 wins you 5 bubble gums and 5 battle manuals.
